Kanye West Gets Robbed For Over $20 Thousand Worth Of Studio Equipment
Latest News Kanye West Gets Robbed For Over $20 Thousand Worth Of Studio Equipment
Reports began to surface on Saturday (May 28) that Kanye West lost $20,000 worth of music equipment in a burglary that occurred earlier in the week. Among the items missing from his Calabasas, CA studio were laptops and desktop computers, according to TMZ. West experienced a similar trespassing in 2012, when his home was robbed while he was out on tour.
Police are yet to have scored a capture and haven’t put out details pertaining to the identity of any suspects. What authorities have shared is that it appeared as though a door had been pried open overnight. The West camp has said that they believe the jux was likely an inside job seeing how the culprit apparently knew his/her way around the space and it’s security system. As was the case in the 2012 robbery, there were many valuables left untouched, which would lead one to believe they targeted the equipment, which West’s people claim didn’t compromise any significant artistic material thanks to “heavy-duty tech security”.
On The Life of Pablo track, “Real Friends,” West chronicles having had his Mac stolen by a cousin who extorted him of $250,000 in return for it. That laptop, West claimed, garnered some significant market value courtesy of the supposed sex tapes it had on it. West’s representatives have confirmed that the equipment lifted this time around has already been replaced.http://africanbaze.com.ng/2016/05/31/kanye-west-gets-robbed-for-over-20-thousand-worth-of-studio-equipment/https://i0.wp.com/africanbaze.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/stt.jpg?fit=550%2C385https://i1.wp.com/africanbaze.com.ng/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/stt.jpg?resize=150%2C150
